Here you will find additional information and frequently asked questions.
Why intonation matters.
FACT: An instrument who’s intonation is not set properly will never be in tune with ANY capo. It will also not play in tune up the neck WITHOUT a capo. Therefore, it is vitally important to set the intonation properly on your instrument. If you are not sure how to do this yourself, consult your luthier.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the capo. However, we strongly suggest that you call us first with your problem or concern at 530-380-CAPO. Many times we can resolve the problem either by suggesting some adjustments over the phone, or even by tweaking the capo to make it work for you.
If you still choose to return the capo:
1. Notify us by email first at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return. Please help us to improve our product by describing the problem in as much detail as possible.
2. Mail it to us with your name and email address so that we can issue a refund. Refunds are made via Paypal.
The return address is:

Why isn’t the capo available in my local store?
Every Perfect Pitch Capo is handmade here in the USA. Obviously, this is time and labor intensive. Selling our capos wholesale does not work financially, since we would only get 50% of retail. Therefore, we are currently only selling online through this website.
I love the capo! How can I help spread the word?
Great! One way is to leave a comment on the “Customer Comments” page describing how it has changed you experience. The other way would be to tell all of you fellow banjo and guitar players about us. Either way would be greatly appreciated!
